I started Anita Asumadu Limited because I believe every school has the potential to thrive when leadership is purposeful, people are empowered and change is led well.
After more than 30 years in education, I wanted to use my experience to partner with schools and leaders to navigate change with confidence, build capability and create lasting improvements that make a meaningful difference for learners, staff and their communities.
Meet Anita
Anita Asumadu brings 30+ years in education, including 20 years in senior leadership and principalship across Aotearoa New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
A recent principal and experienced education consultant, Anita now works alongside Boards, principals, senior and middle leaders across Aotearoa to turn strategy into action, build team capability and create improvements that last. Over her career, she has supported around 1,000 educators through school leadership, consultancy and Ministry of Education work.
